Terms and conditions

Welcome to Stone Hills! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Before you proceed with booking and enjoying our luxury glamping experience, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation and staying at Stone Hills, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  1. Reservation and Payment: a. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. b. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. c. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. d. Additional charges, including taxes, may apply.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. c. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

  3. Check-In and Check-Out: a. Check-in time is from 1PM onwards. b. Check-out time is by 11 AM. c. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

  4. Occupancy and Extra Guests: a. The maximum occupancy is 2 guests. b. Additional guests may be accommodated, subject to availability and payment of an extra fee per person. c. Guests must provide accurate information about the number of occupants during the reservation process.

  5. Property and Amenities: a. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. b. Stone Hills reserves the right to charge guests for any damages incurred. c. Guests are expected to treat the property, amenities, and surroundings with care and respect. d. Fire safety regulations must be strictly followed at all times.

  6. Liability: a. Stone Hills and its staff shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to guests or their belongings during their stay. b. Guests are advised to obtain personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Conduct and Noise: a. Guests must respect the tranquility of the surroundings and other guests. b. Excessive noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace will not be tolerated. c. Stone Hills reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund in the event of misconduct.

  8. Smoking and Pets: a. Smoking is allowed in the property b. Pets are not allowed inside the rooms

  9. Force Majeure: a. Stone Hills shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government regulations.

  10. Privacy Policy: a. Stone Hills respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. b. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

  11. Amendments and Severability: a. Stone Hills reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. b. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
